Young Parents Baby Parenting Seminar & FP Progress (27 Jan 2013)

Dear and I attended the Young Parents Baby Parenting Seminar at Shangrila Hotel on Saturday to find out more tips about parenting, hopefully it better prepares us as young parents.

Mrs Shen wanted to purchase bell from Daiso so we drove to Rivervale Mall on Sunday morning after having breakfast at Lorong Ah Soo. We met WP thanking the residents after winning the SMC when we were leaving Compassvale.

We drove to Palms to take a look at the progress, looked pretty good for our block. The workers are laying the flooring for the first level when we were there. Painting is almost completed.

Weekend JB Trips

Dear and I travelled to JB for the past 2 weekends. We went to City Square 2 weeks ago though it is still renovating. We bought quite a bit of baby stuffs there. However, the joyful trip was disturbed by 2 unhappy events.

Last weekend, we went to the JB Premium Outlets. I guess it is interesting for first timers. It is good because it takes less than 2 hours to travel there from Singapore, excellent for a short getaway. We had dinner at Army market before heading home. We must find chances to taste all the good food at the market.

 

 

Lucky 11: New HDB Probable Completion Date

On Friday morning (11 Jan 2013), I logged in HDB website and discovered that our HDB PCD has been revised to end March 2013. : )

Fernvale Crest Block 450A TOP

 

Fernvale Crest Block 450A has obtained TOP in mid December 2012. Hope the residents get the keys soon.
