Renovation 2

I spent the last Sunday bust packing up all the stuffs on the 2 shelves and 2 cupboards. This is the end product. All packed in to big bags to be shifted out to living room when I painted the room. I need to packed up the stuffs in the TV cupboard next and dispose the cupboard.

Wedding Lunch Price

The price of our wedding lunch has increased price, so glad that we have booked. : )

Mum's Full Sponsorship of $10K

Mum suddenly told to me on Friday telling me that she wanted to pass me the remaining $7K for our wedding as she has set aside $10K for both sister and me for our wedding. I told her to pass me some first and the remaining next year. I am afraid that I might overspend or over-invest. But she preferred to pass me at one time. So, I am $7K richer today. So, inclusive of the water heater installation, mum has actually sponsored more than $10K.

I have discussed with mum to use this $7K to buy gold for dear. Probably, the remaining will be used to pay out part of the wedding lunch cost.

Dear and I decided to push forward the room renovation to the National Day week despite being beofre my exam, as the Ikea furniture has already arrived at my house, sitting at the side of my house living room.

We got to spend some money these few weeks again, to book our videography and to purchase painting stuffs for our room.

I am glad we are progressing well in our wedding preparation. : )

New 5 Room Layout of Fernvale Riverbow

The 2 bedrooms are further away from the master bedroom, good for people who want to rent out 1 of the bedroom?

There is no eating house for Fernvale Riverbow project, something which I have been looking out for for Fernvale BTO projects.

Room Renovation Ikea Purchase

Dear and I spent $464 to purchase new cupboard, TV console and wardrobe for our room. The next challenge will be if we have storage space for the items as we plan to start painting in late August.
